Daniel Faulkner reports: "I have had a request from a staff member to add Python Turtle to the school's computers. You may well already know of this issue, however when I investigated adding the software as a package to our network I discovered that the MSI installer doesn't correctly uninstall the software and I am not aware of any commands to run the .exe installer silently."

This is probably not relevant anymore. It looks like we won't be building MSI installers in future.

I hope that we should, because an MSI is desired by schools who want to do automatic installations on large numbers of computers.

I have no idea how to build this. It probably requires an MS Visual Studio Solution project. AppVeyor can build this, sure.

The binary can simply be copied, though, without any need to trigger an installation. Not sure if this isn't really better. Installing a desktop shortcut and menu shortcut may need to be solved, hmm. 🤔
