About uiAccess

uiAccess was developed in 2001 as a free resource for universal interface design and usable accessibility information.

Back then I was consulting and had some time for developing resources to post here. In 2003, I joined W3C WAI and since then I haven't had time to do much with uiAccess.

You can still find some useful and relatively current information from the uiAccess home page. As I can find time, I'm updating the information, design, and markup.

Best,
~ Shawn

Improvements

Since I developed this site in my non-existant spare time, I have not been able to polish it yet. If you have issues to report, I would like to know about them in case I can find time to fix them. If you have suggestions for site improvement, I'd really appreciate your input!
